    KOSINTTA® JAIN PIZZA PASTA SAUCE

    Directions of use

    For Red Pasta Sauce:

    1. Cook the Pasta: Boil 150g pasta with salt until firm (al dente). Drain and coat with oil.
    2. Prepare the SauceMix Kosintta Sauce with 7 scoops (350ml) of water.
    3. Cook the Sauce: Sauté chopped veggies with the spice sachet in 1 tbsp oil. Add the sauce and cook until thick. 
    4. Combine: Add pasta to the sauce and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
    5. Garnish: Top with grated cheese and fresh herbs like basil or parsley.

     

    For Pink Pasta Sauce:

    1. Cook the Pasta: Boil 150g pasta with salt until firm (al dente). Drain and coat with oil.
    2. Prepare the Sauce: Mix Kosintta Sauce with 3 scoops (150ml) water and 4 scoops (200ml) milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
    3. Cook the Sauce: Sauté chopped veggies with the spice sachet in 1 tbsp oil. Add the sauce and cook until thick. Add 1 scoop (50g) fresh cream.
    4. Combine: Add pasta to the sauce and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
    5. Garnish: Top with grated cheese and fresh herbs like basil or parsley.

     

    For Pizza Sauce:

    1. Prepare the Sauce: Mix Kosintta Sauce with 4 scoops (200ml) water until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.
    2. Cook the SauceCook in a pan until it thickens to your liking.
    3. Ready the Sauce: Cool the sauce and adjust salt if needed. Use to spread on pizza bases.
