Hasti Parekh

Meet Hasti Vaiibhav Parekh, a visionary who transformed from an engineer to a culinary artist, honing her craft at Le Cordon Bleu, London, a beacon of culinary excellence. After four years of success with her restaurant “Chef Sisters,” Hasti recognized the need for convenient home cooking solutions, especially for young working women like herself. Thus, Hasti embarked on three years of meticulous research and development, culminating in the birth of “Kosintta”.

With a decade of real estate expertise,Vaiibhav Parekh has mastered the art of marketing, sales, and finance, through his family’s business. A Computer Engineer and an MBA from SP Jain, Vaiibhav is now setting his sights on food manufacturing. Guided by his strategic vision and market know-how, he’s driven to create a brand that resonates deeply with people, leading it with passion and precision to become a cherished name in kitchens across India.
