Shipping Policy

A flat Rs.60 charge is applied to all orders worth & below Rs.599, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.599.

Our estimated time to dispatch the order is 1-2 working days wherein the same may also vary due to the unavailability of the product.

Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days and the same may vary depending on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped. Any unforeseen logistical delays may arise, for which HVP Food Products Private Limited will not be held liable.

Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. In case your delivery address is not covered by our channel partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

Please bear with delays in delivery during:

• National & regional public holidays/holiday periods.
• Inclement or unexpected weather changes.
• Civic issues or other transportation-related challenges beyond the delivery partner’s responsibility.
