Description

Savor the bold flavors of Paneer Tikka Masala with our Ready to Cook Gravy Paste. Directions of use

Prep the Paneer and Veggies: Cut 200g paneer, 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1 capsicum into cubes. Mix with Kosintta Spice Mix and 50g curd. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or more.
Mix the Gravy: Combine Kosintta gravy paste with 2 scoops (100ml) of milk and 3 scoops (150ml) of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Cook the Paneer and Veggies: Sauté the marinated paneer and veggies in 1 tbsp oil until lightly cooked. Set aside.
Cook the Gravy: In the same pan, cook the gravy mixture for 5-7 minutes until thick.
Combine and Serve: Add the paneer and veggies to the gravy and mix well. Adjust salt if needed. Serve with rice, roti, or parathas.

Chef Hasti’s Tip: For a smoky flavour, heat a small piece of coal until red hot. Place it in a bowl with 1 tsp ghee, let it smoke, and place the bowl inside the pan for 1 minute (covered). Remove coal before serving.
