Directions of use

Marinate the Chicken: Cut 250g boneless chicken into medium chunks. Mix with the spice sachet and marinate for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Gravy: Mix Kosintta Gravy Paste with 4 scoops (200ml) milk and 1 scoop (50ml) water OR 1 ½ scoop (75ml) fresh cream & 3 ½ scoop (175ml) water until smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Cook the Chicken: Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the chicken until 80% cooked.
Finish the Dish: Add the gravy to the chicken, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens and the chicken is fully cooked. Add salt to taste.
Serve: Enjoy Kosintta’s Butter Chicken with rice, roti, or parathas.
