How To Make

  1. Prep the Veggies: Mash 5 scoops (250g) of boiled potatoes, peas, cauliflower or any other vegetable of your choice. If you have a kitchen weighing scale you can weigh out the boiled vegetables or use the scoop provided for measurement.
  2. Mix the Gravy: Combine Kosintta Gravy Paste with 4.5 scoops (225ml) water until smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the Bhaji: In a pan, cook the gravy mix with 1 Tbsp (20g) butter and the mashed vegetables. Mash while cooking until thickened. The pav bhaji is ready to eat!
  4. Make It Spicy (Optional): Only if you like spicier pav bhaji — add the spice sachet to 10g more butter in a separate pan and sauté for a minute till the fragrance is released, then add ½ scoop (25ml) water. Add this extra tadka to the pav bhaji and cook for 2–3 minutes more. Garnish with coriander. Adjust salt to taste.
  5. Serve: Enjoy Kosintta’s Pav Bhaji with buttered pav, fresh lemon and chopped onions.
