(200g) Paneer

(100ml) Milk

50g Thick Curd

(100g) Vegetables (1 small Onion, Tomato, Capsicum each)

Directions of Use

How To Make

  1. Prep the Paneer and Veggies: Cut 200g paneer, 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1 capsicum into cubes. Mix with Kosintta Spice Mix and 50g curd. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or more.
  2. Mix the Gravy: Combine Kosintta gravy paste with 2 scoops (100ml) of milk and 3 scoops (150ml) of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the Paneer and Veggies: Sauté the marinated paneer and veggies in 1 tbsp oil until lightly cooked. Set aside.
  4. Cook the Gravy: In the same pan, cook the gravy mixture for 5–7 minutes until thick.
  5. Combine and Serve: Add the paneer and veggies to the gravy and mix well. Adjust salt if needed. Serve with rice, roti, or parathas.

Heat a small piece of coal until red hot. Place it in a small bowl and add a spoon of ghee on top. Let it smoke. Put this bowl inside the gravy bowl, cover for 1 minute to infuse smoke for a restaurant-like taste. Remove coal before serving
