How To Make

  1. Mix the Gravy: In a bowl, mix Kosintta gravy paste with 4 scoops (200ml) of milk and 1 scoop (50ml) of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Paneer: Cut 250g of paneer into cubes and shallow fry in butter until slightly brown. Do not overcook or the paneer will become chewy. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Gravy: In the same pan, cook the gravy mixture for 5–7 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add the paneer to the gravy and mix well. Adjust salt if needed. Serve with rice, roti, or parathas.
