Directions of Use

How to Make

  1. Cook the Vegetables: Cook 150g mixed vegetables with 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan until slightly softened.
  2. Prepare the Gravy: In a bowl, mix Kosintta Gravy Paste with 3 scoops (150ml) milk and 4 scoops (200ml) water until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the Gravy: Add the gravy paste to the vegetables in the saucepan. Cook with the lid on for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Add salt to taste.
  4. Serve: Enjoy Kosintta’s Jain Veg Kadhai with rice, roti, or parathas!
