(250g) Chicken

(100ml) Milk

(50g) Thick Curd

Directions of Use

How to Make

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Cut 250g chicken into medium chunks. Mix Kosintta Spice Mix with 1 scoop (50g) thick curd, coat the chicken well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until 80% done.
  3. Prepare the Gravy: Mix Kosintta Gravy Paste with 2 scoops (100ml) milk and 3 scoops (150ml) water OR 1 scoop (50ml) fresh cream & 4 scoops (200ml) water until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Finish the Dish: Add the gravy to the chicken, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Add salt to taste.
  5. Serve: Enjoy Kosintta’s Chicken Tikka with rice, roti, or parathas!

Chef Hasti Tip

For a smoky flavour, heat a small piece of coal until red hot. Place it in a bowl with 1 tsp ghee, let it smoke, and put the bowl inside the gravy pan (covered) for 1 minute. Remove coal before serving.
