(250g) Boneless Chicken

(200ml) Milk

20g Butter

Directions of Use

How to Make

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Cut 250g boneless chicken into medium chunks. Mix with the spice sachet and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Gravy: Mix Kosintta Gravy Paste with 4 scoops (200ml) milk and 1 scoop (50ml) water OR 1½ scoops (75ml) fresh cream and 3½ scoops (175ml) water until smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the chicken until 80% cooked.
  4. Finish the Dish: Add the gravy to the chicken, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until the gravy thickens and the chicken is fully cooked. Add salt to taste.
  5. Serve: Enjoy Kosintta’s Butter Chicken with rice, roti, or parathas.
